The Short Version
I collect only what I need to deliver working systems. I don't sell your data. I don't spam you. I keep things secure. If you want your data deleted, just ask.
What I Collect
When you work with me, I collect:
- Contact info (name, email, phone), so I can actually talk to you
- Business information, so I understand what I'm automating
- Usage data, so I know which automations are working
- Payment information: processed securely via Stripe
How I Use It
I use your data for exactly three things:
- Building and maintaining your systems
- Communicating with you about your project
- Improving my services (anonymized where possible)
What I Don't Do
I don't sell your data to third parties. I don't use your information for advertising. I don't share your business details with other clients. I don't keep your data longer than necessary.
Security
I take security seriously: it's literally part of what we sell (AI with guardrails). I use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. If I ever have a breach, I'll tell you immediately and fix it fast.
Cookies & Tracking
I use Google Analytics to understand how people use my site. I use Google Tag Manager to measure what marketing actually works. You can block these with your browser settings.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to:
- See what data I have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
